Bose by Ample brings the magic of sound closer to you with exclusive Gift Cards. These gift Cards, available for any occasion—festivals, birthdays, anniversaries, or as a gesture of appreciation—are designed to bring joy and excitement. 

Issuance

  • Gift Cards can be purchased in any Bose store by Ample in India and online at https://www.soundscape.store.
  • The Gift Cards can be purchased for a minimum of INR 1,000/- and a maximum of INR 1,50,000/- per transaction.

Redemption

  • Gift Cards can be redeemed at any Bose store by Ample across India and online at https://www.soundscape.store.

Terms & Conditions

  • Gift Cards are issued by Ample Retail Pvt. Ltd.
  • The holder of the Gift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
  • This Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.
  • This Gift Card is valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of issuance.
  • The Gift Card cannot be revalidated once it expires.
  • No reload/top-up feature is available on the Gift Card.
  • The balance amount, if any, of the cost of the product being purchased by the customer after the discount has been availed will have to be paid by the Customer at the time of purchase. If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/Cash on Delivery.
  • The Gift cards can be purchased online, too.
  • The Gift Cards can be redeemed online, too. 
  • Gift Cards are applicable on any/all Bose products.
  • Ample Retail Pvt. Ltd. shall, at their sole discretion and without notice to the consumer, alter, modify or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and the same shall be updated and displayed at https://www.soundscape.store. 
  • This Gift Card can be redeemed at any Bose store by Ample and online at https://www.soundscape.store.
  • 2 cards can be clubbed/used in 1 transaction.
  • The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, other gift cards, or credit notes. If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Gift Card, the balance can be re-used.
  • The Gift Card bought once cannot be returned/refunded.
  • Ample Retail Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to deny or suspend any Gift Card presented against a purchase if they deem, at their sole discretion, that the code on the Gift Card has been forged, defaced, or otherwise tampered with.
  • Ample Retail Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to discontinue the Gift Card as a product without prior notice.
  • The Gift Card is not a legal tender or a replacement for credit/debit cards.

  • Any dispute related to the Gift Card should be referred to Ample Retail Pvt. Ltd., and Ample Retail Pvt. Ltd.'s decision shall be final. In case of legal disputes, the courts in Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

1.⁠ ⁠The gift voucher worth Rs. 1,000 is applicable only for customers who prebook the product by paying a minimum of Rs. 5,000/-. .

2.⁠ ⁠Upon receipt of the prebook amount, customers will be sent a confirmation email.

3. After the remaining payment is made on the launch day, customers will receive a confirmation email containing a unique digital voucher code.

4.⁠ ⁠The voucher can be used for subsequent purchase, however the voucher cannot be used for the SL Max Portable Speaker.

5.⁠ ⁠The option to use the voucher via EMI at checkout is only available for in-store purchases, not for online transactions.

6.⁠ ⁠The voucher cannot be redeemed for products that are already on sale.

7.⁠ ⁠The voucher cannot be combined with any other promotional offer(s).

8.⁠ ⁠The voucher is non-transferable i.e. the voucher cannot be sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to another person and further it does not hold any cash value.

9.⁠ ⁠The voucher is valid until August 31, 2024, subject to stock availability. If the voucher is not used by August 31, 2024, it will be deemed to have been forfeited by the customer. No requests for extension of the validity period or redemption after the expiration date will be entertained.

10.⁠ ⁠The voucher cannot be redeemed against purchase of accessories.

11.⁠ ⁠Any dispute related to the voucher should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
