Soundscape by Bose brings to you our newest launch of exclusive Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”). These cards offer you the opportunity to experience the magic of Bose first-hand. Whether for a special occasion or a simple gesture of appreciation, Soundscape by Bose’s Gift Cards are designed to bring smiles to the faces of those who receive them.

 

Issuance:

• The Gift card will be available only at our below listed stores
• Bose Bhartiya City at https://cutt.ly/SS_B,
• Bose Phoenix Market City at https://cutt.ly/Ss_B 
• TheGift Cards can be purchased for a minimum value of INR 1,000/- and maximum value of INR 1,50,000/- per transaction.

 

Redemption:

• Gift Cards can be redeemed at any Bose store by Ample, across the territory of India.

 

Terms & Conditions

• Gift Cards are issued by Ample Retail Pvt Ltd.
• The holder of the Gift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
• This Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.
• This Gift Card is valid for 1 year (365 days) from the date of issuance.
• The Gift Card cannot be revalidated once expired.
• No reload/ top up feature is available on the Gift Card.
• The balance amount, if any, of the cost of the product being purchased by the Customer, after the discount has been availed, will have to be paid by the Customer at the time of purchase. If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/Cash on Delivery.
• Gift card cannot be purchased online.
• The Gift Cards are not redeemable online.
• Gift Cards are applicable on any/all Bose products.
• Ample Retail Pvt. Ltd. shall, at their sole discretion, and without notice to the Consumer, alter, modify or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and the same shall be updated and displayed at https://www.soundscape.store. 
• This Gift Card can be redeemed at any Bose stores by Ample.
• Only one card can be redeemed in a single invoice.
• The Gift card cannot be exchanged for cash/other Gift cards/credit notes. If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Gift Card, the balance can be re-used.
• The Gift Card bought once cannot be returned/refunded.
• Ample Retail Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to deny or suspend any Gift Card presented against a purchase, if they deem, at their sole discretion, that the code on the Gift Card has been forged, defaced, or otherwise tampered with.
• Ample Retail Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to discontinue the Gift Card as a product without prior notice.
• The Gift Card is not a legal tender or a replacement for credit/debit cards.

• Any dispute related to the Gift Card should be referred to Ample Retail Pvt. Ltd. and the decision of Ample Retail Pvt. Ltd. shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
